Synergy Solutions was established by Shailee Chowdhary in 2006 with a mission to help organizations grow and create value by enabling teams to consistently deliver results. 

Since then, Shailee has worked with dozens of organizations across industries and at different stages of growth, helping leaders address challenges that can get in the way of delivering priorities. 

Her perspective combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience. She began her career in software development and architecture, building a strong understanding of technology and how it can be applied to solve business challenges. She later moved into leadership, project and portfolio delivery, and organizational transformation, including leading large-scale change across global organizations.

This combination of technology, business, delivery, and change experience enables her to understand how the pieces of an organization work together and where targeted changes can improve performance and value.

Outside of client work, Shailee enjoys gardening and contributing to her local community.
