Synergy Solutions, established in 2006, is my consulting practice through which I’ve partnered with clients in the private and public sectors to assess and mature their organizational project management and solution delivery capabilities, and to drive transformational initiatives.  

I hold an MBA from the Carlson School of Management and a Master’s in Computer Science from Minnesota State University. I am a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Scaled Agile certified SAFe Agilist.
